Q: Are all four events the same size with an equal split of delegates?
A: The number of delegates attending the event relates to the
capacity restrictions from the Venue. London is expected to be the largest
event.
Q: What is the “Reasons to talk” element?
A: This applies to Partners in Professionalism
exhibitors; it is short bullet points designed to engage with attendees as to
why they should visit your stand. This will be printed on the ‘Menu’ which will
provide a floorplan.
Q: How do the badge scanners work?
A: Badge scanners can be pre-ordered and collected onsite at the
registration desk. Attendee’s badges can be scanned throughout the day.
Following the event (approximately a week after) you will be sent an excel
spreadsheet or csv file containing the data of the individuals you scanned
during this event.
Q: Do I have to have the table and chairs on my stand?
A: No you can de-select these as
part of the online stand order process.
Q: Is the same exhibitor personnel required to attend each location, can it be different people?
A: No
you are able to have different personnel attend different locations. The
registration spreadsheet is designed to simplify this process.
Q: If we are entitled to receive a delegate list pre-event, when will we receive this?
A: If your contract states your eligibility for a delegate list pre-event. You will receive this three weeks prior to each symposium.
