The deadline for submitting abstracts (maximum 100 words) is October 15, 2015; notification that your topic has been accepted will be received by October 29th.  Note that a formal paper is not required.

If the author wishes to have their work published in the conference proceedings, they will be asked to submit a formal paper in the notification.  Deadline for full paper submission is December 1, 2015.  Download the paper template, which includes an abstract example.
