Q. I have registered, but have not received a confirmation. How do I get another one sent to me?
A. Please contact Asia Pac registration help desk via e-mail at himss-ap@himssreg.org or contact us at +65 6664 1189 to request a confirmation letter.
Q. I have registered, but can no longer attend the conference. Can I send someone else in my place?
A. Yes, however the substitute must pay any difference in registration rate based on membership status. Example: If you are a member and they are not, the registration difference must be paid.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation on and before 1 August 2015 - SGD 100.00 administrative fee
Cancellation after 1 August 2015 - 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.

A. You can pick up your badge at the registration desk located on the 5th Level, Ballroom of the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Center beginning on Monday, 7 September at 08:00.

Q. Do I need to be registered for the conference before I can book my hotel at HIMSS AsiaPac15 Conference & Exhibition?
A. No, but it is highly recommended that you process both your hotel and conference registrations at the same time. After you have registered for the conference, you will be directed to the hotel registration site.
Q. Is there an age limit at HIMSS AsiaPac15 Conference & Exhibition?
Yes, all registrants (including spouses or guests) must be 18 years of age or older to attend HIMSS AsiaPac15 Conference & Exhibition.

A. Please visit the Visa section on our Hotel & Travel page at Visa Requirements for more information on obtaining a visa. All visitors to Singapore must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Singapore.
