Cancellation Policy
All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to MCA Events SRL (account@brixia2015.eu)
- 100% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before April 15th 2015
- 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before May 15th 2015
- After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.

However, the Conference Organizer (MCA Events srl) reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables or plans relating directly or indirectly to the conference or exhibition, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. In the event that the Conference is canceled by the organizers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Conference Organizer shall be limited to that refund, and the Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising.
The Conference Organizer will hold and process your personal details in its database. Such information is required for the legitimate management of the Brixia 2015, which may include the information being available to any organizing/sponsoring company. The Conference Organizer may also use your personal details to provide you with information about other conferences or events being organized.
