Predictive Analytics: A glimpse at the future of population health management
Wednesday, April 15, 11:00 a.m.

There is increasing recognition among healthcare providers that the exponential growth in patient (and other) data provides opportunities for insight that can significantly improve patient outcomes — while at the same time, reducing the cost of delivering treatments. Let’s explore the opportunities, obstacles and potential challenges to adopting predictive and prescriptive analytics in healthcare.

We’ll also interact with Ken Yale of Active Health Management who, as part of a pilot program, combined internal and historical patient data with externally purchased lifestyle and behavioral data to identify the messages and modes of communication most likely to resonate with specific patient groups.
