Reservations
To make your hotel reservations, please call (888) 627-7033 and reference NCA. To reserve your room online, click here.

The NCA has obtained a special group rate at the Sheraton New Orleans of $209 single or double per night, exclusive of applicable taxes. This room rates is applicable over the Conference dates as well as three days before and after the NCA event, based upon availability. You must reserve your room by Monday, May 4 in order to receive the discounted rate. To receive the group rate you must let the reservations agent know you are with the NCA.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, checkout time is 12:00 PM

Please note, your registration to attend the conference is separate from your hotel reservations.
     
Cancellations/ No-Shows
For reservations made on an individual basis, a credit card may be given to guarantee the guest room reservation. The credit card will not be charged until the guest checks out of the hotel. Cancellation of individual reservations shall be accepted by the Hotel, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to the guest's arrival date. Any cancellations due to medical emergencies that can be verified shall not be charged a penalty.

Starwood Preferred Guests
 Preferred Guest members may call the Sheraton reservations phone line to make a reservation, providing their Starwood Preferred Guest ID number, and should then indicate that they are part of the NCA room block.  This will ensure you receive the correct hotel room rate and complimentary wi-fi.

Travel & Ground Transportation

By Air
The Sheraton New Orleans is approximately 16 miles from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) and is served by most major airline carriers and national car rental companies. Shuttle service to and from the airport may be reserved for approximately $20 each way, or $38 round trip. Taxi service is also available outside of baggage claim for an average fare of $33 one way.

Parking
Valet parking is offered to all hotel guests. The overnight fee for NCA attendees is $38 with in/out privileges, plus tax per night.
Self-parking is not offered.

Attire & Weather
Dress is business casual for all meetings. New Orleans in early June offers warm temperatures around the clock with hotter days and warm nights. Daytime temperatures are in the high 80s-low 90s, while nighttime temperatures are in the low 70s.
