Cedric Edwards
National Channel Manager, Enterprise Group, HP New Zealand
 
Cedric Edwards manages the indirect business for HP New Zealand which incorporates Distribution, Platinum, Gold, Silver and HP Business partners. In addition, Cedric is also responsible for the SMB segment across the Enterprise Group hardware, services and solution portfolio.

Cedric is a proud New Zealander with over 25 years technology experience.  He has worked for HP since 2000 in various account and sales management roles and was appointed to his current role in July 2012.  Prior to HP, Cedric has held a number of sales and management roles in the partner and vendor community across various hardware technology and software solutions.

Partners are one of the major reasons for the success of HP in New Zealand and New Zealand has one of the highest rates of channel business in the HP world. HP remains the largest technology vendor for the majority of NZ Partners and Cedric’s goal is to build on that foundation and grow the Channel business in New Zealand resulting in more mutually-profitable outcomes for Partners and HP. This will be achieved by continuing to deliver market-leading products, services and solutions, enabling HP’s global reach and innovation and leveraging industry-leading Partner reward and enablement programs.

Rob Davie 
Executive Director, Asia Pacific, rogenSi

Rob is one of Australia’s most experienced and successful strategic sales specialists. He is widely recognised for his ability to provide leadership with the strategy, skills, processes and mindset required to drive revenue and sustain it at the highest-possible levels.

Under his hands-on mentorship leaders formulate sales strategies and define and execute their ‘sales anatomy’ – the essential components needed to produce sustainable results. 

Rob brings to each interaction his years of experience in sales strategy alignment, capability development, mindset, performance management, new business development, strategic and key client management processes, influencing skills, strategic sales communication skills, generative learning practices.

He creates positive learning environments for all his facilitations and coaching, with high levels of energy and humour underpinning sustainable positive change.

As a director of rogenSi, Rob has travelled extensively and delivered projects in 34 countries. He has held key consultant and senior management roles with rogenSi, Mercuri International and before that led the American Express team that grew revenue from existing customers by 130 percent and from new customers by 90 percent. 

During his career Rob has developed and nurtured long-term business relationships with multinational clients in IT, Banking, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality and Utilities.

Andrew Lamb
Server Sales Specialist, Enterprise Group, HP New Zealand
 
As Server Sales Specialist Andrew is responsible for driving sales of HP’s Compute portfolio into our Commercial and Public sector accounts across New Zealand. A major component of the Server Sales Specialist role is responsibility for evangelizing the broad range of HP Compute solutions into our Channel Partner Account teams.

Andrew has a 25 year history in IT with a mix of Sales and Technical roles. He has been at HP for nearly 9 years and has had a number of Sales roles in this time including Enterprise Account Manager, working across the Service Provider vertical setting up programs and driving the HP strategy across these organisations.

Prior to HP Andrew has worked across vendor, channel, distribution and corporate organisations so has a pragmatic approach to working with, and through, Channel Partners to achieve the results our customers require.

Andrew’s goal is to continue to develop our channel and customer’s knowledge of the HP compute portfolio to ensure HP is top of mind and considered as the preferred Vendor Partner in delivering innovative, effective solutions in a Hybrid Cloud world.

Andrew Bedford
NZ Sales Lead, HP Cloud, Enterprise Group, HP New Zealand 

Andrew is the sales lead for the NZ Helion Cloud team. Passionate about how the Helion portfolio can drive innovation in NZ organisations, Andrew has built and led the local team for the last 18 months, as part of the HP Worldwide Cloud Business unit. Previous positions  include Sales and Account management roles in HP, Telecom NZ and British Telecom.


Daniel Martushev
Cloud Architect, Enterprise Group, HP New Zealand 

Daniel is a Technical Consultant in the HP Helion Cloud business unit with over 14 years of IT industry experience.  He has held roles at web start-ups, application service providers, and HP’s Enterprise Services group.  Before joining the HP Helion Cloud team, Daniel served as the Lead Architect for the HP Enterprise Services Cloud reseller platform.  He is an experienced practitioner (and speaker) on various Cloud technologies focused on both Service Providers and Enterprise IT. 


Tom Fraser 
Territory Manager – North Island, Enterprise Group, HP New Zealand

Tom Fraser  is the sales lead for the North Island mid-market, working closely with channel partners to deliver business and technology outcomes to our customers.  He has been at HP for 1 year.

Tom has a decade of IT experience in both sales and technical roles, and significant experience with the channel having spent a number of years in distribution – the last three of which were spent as part of HP’s Business Partner Solution Architect programme as pre-sales lead.  This foot in both camps approach gives Tom a unique perspective on solving customer’s challenges utilizing technology solutions.

Closely partnering with the channel is one of Tom’s core focus points, as this is key to delivering the breadth, coverage, and expertise to continue driving HP solutions into the marketplace.

Emma Gooley
South Pacific Technology Services Business Manager, Technology Services – Enterprise Group, Hewlett-Packard Company, Australia

Ms. Gooley has held the role of the Attach and Channel Services Business Manager since November 2010. The role is designed to lead a team of business managers to implement and drive sales programs oriented towards selling HP’s Technology Services portfolio. 

Having joined HP in 2004 as a graduate focused on marketing, Emma has spent the past 8 years in various roles across Technology Services learning about each of the portfolios. Each of these roles has entail, sales, marketing and business development capacity. In her most recent role, Emma has been a people manager and built successful teams focussed on driving the channel and attach services business. Under her leadership the business has seen double digit growth through the deployment of key innovative programs oriented towards the enterprise group collaboration, training and development and sales programs. 

Prior to HP South Pacific, Emma was employed by Optus, a large telecommunications company for 2 years in a marketing capacity. 

Emma has a bachelor degree in Business Management and Honours in Services Marketing from the University of Newcastle. 
Emma is located in Rhodes, Sydney HP office, Australia.
