If you are unable to attend a workshop please contact our office immediately.
If you wish to cancel your place on the workshop, our cancellation policy is as follows: Up to 6 weeks prior to the workshop; You will receive a full refund within 10 working days after you have notified (and received acknowledgment) from the office. If you wish to transfer to an alternate available workshop, you are welcome to do so free of charge, if one is available within 12months.
Between 6 and 2 weeks prior to the workshop; You will be charged a 40% ($520) cancellation fee and will be refunded 60% ($780) of the workshop fee within 10 working days after you have notified (and received acknowledgment) from the office. If you wish to transfer to another available workshop, a 15% ($195) administration fee will apply.
2 weeks up to the day of the workshop, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and no refund will apply. Cancellation of Workshop In the event that the workshop you are registered on is cancelled or re-scheduled, registrants will have the option of receiving a full refund, or transferring to an alternate workshop within 12months of original workshop registration date.
