Recommended attire for all Sales Summit 2015 sessions and events is listed below:

All General Sessions and Breakout Sessions:
Suggested attire: Business casual

Business casual should be interpreted as dress slacks and collared long- or short-sleeve shirts for gentlemen; suits, jackets and ties are not required. Pants, skirts, dresses and pantsuits are appropriate for ladies. Jeans and tennis shoes are not appropriate for Sales Summit 2015.

Evening events:

Networking dinner - Monday, April 20
Suggested attire: Casual 
 
Awards dinner - Tuesday, April 21
Suggested attire: Dressy business/Cocktail

  

If I want to arrive earlier than Sunday, April 19 or stay longer than Wednesday, April 22, should I book the extra nights with the hotel myself?

Please do not contact the hotel directly. 

Hotel reservations will be made by Experian based on the arrival and departure dates provided on your registration form.  Please note that reservation requests for dates outside the nights of April 19 - 21 are not guaranteed.  We will make every effort to accommodate each request and will follow-up to confirm actual reservation dates after registration closes on Tuesday, March 31.

 

Will ground transportation be provided between the closest airport and the hotel?

Attendees are responsible for their own round-trip ground transportation for Sales Summit 2015. Taxis and shuttles, as well as all major rentals cars are available at the Nashville International Airport (BNA).

  

What costs are covered by Experian's master account?

Costs for accommodations (room rate plus tax) at the Gaylord Opryland Resort will be covered by Experian's master account for the nights of Sunday, April 19, Monday, April 20, and Tuesday, April 21 (three nights); you are responsible for any incidental expenses or room charges that extend beyond these dates. A credit card will be requested from you at check-in to cover other charges. All conference meals are also covered by the master account. 
 
  

How can I have someone added to the Sales Summit 2015 authorized attendee list?

An approval must be granted by your business unit's designated point of contact. An approval email from that contact should be sent to valerie.godsey@experian.com who will ensure that any new attendees are added to the system. If space is limited or requests are made for non-quota-carrying employees to attend, approvals also may be necessary from a group president or Craig Boundy.  Please see list of contacts on the Who Can Attend page.
 
  

Can an Experian employee who works or lives near the Gaylord Opryland Resort come over to join in any part of the conference?

This year the number of attendees for Sales Summit has been very limited and focused on quota-carrying salespeople. Due to capacity restrictions, security and budget limitations, any additional attendance at meals and/or sessions must be preapproved by senior management. How can I register for breakout sessions?

You can sign up for breakout sessions on the conference registration form. For an attendee to be fully registered and confirmed, the entire registration form must be completed. It is critical that you consult with your manager before selecting your sessions. Questions regarding breakout sessions can be directed to christopher.metzke@experian.com
  
 

Can I reserve a room to accommodate my family/guest?

Sales Summit 2015 is a business conference for Experian North America employees only. You are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, meals and program activities.Family members and guests are not permitted in the hotel during the dates of Sales Summit 2015.
  
 

Is Sunday, April 19 just a travel day or do I need to arrive by a particular time?

Please refer to the conference agenda and note that there are no scheduled functions on Sunday, April 19. However, the Experian registration desk will open Sunday, April 19 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and you are encouraged to pick up your conference materials during this time. 
  
 

Should I make my own airline reservations?

You are responsible for your own roundtrip airline reservations. Located approximately 8 miles away, the Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport to the Gaylord Opryland Resort.
  
 

How can I arrange a side meeting at the Sales Summit 2015?

Side meetings may be scheduled as long as space is available and they do not conflict with the Sales Summit 2015 program. You will be responsible for any costs associated with your meeting. Please email your request to paige.nakasuji@experian.com. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
  
 

We have a client/guest speaker coming in for a breakout session. Who pays for the client’s expenses?

The business unit hosting the client/guest speaker is responsible for his or her expenses. The external presenter must only attend the portion of the conference for which he or she is scheduled to present. Due to proprietary information being shared at Sales Summit 2015, he or she is not allowed to participate in any other part of the conference, including meals. 

  
 
How can I get copies of presentations and handouts after the conference?

Copies of presentations and handouts that are authorized to be made available will be posted on FUSE following the conference. At that time, you will receive instructions on how to access them.
