Accommodations for Experian employees will be provided and paid for by Experian's master account for the nights of Sunday, April 19, Monday, April 20, and Tuesday, April 21 with a check-out on Wednesday, April 22.  Attendees are responsible for room charges that extend outside of these dates and will be asked for a credit card upon check-in to cover any incidental charges.

Hotel reservations will be made by the Corporate Events team based on the arrival and departure dates provided on your registration form. Please do not contact the hotel directly.  Please note that reservation requests for dates outside the nights of April 19-21 are not guaranteed.  We will make every effort to accommodate each request and will follow-up to confirm actual reservation dates after registration closes on Tuesday, March 31. Individual confirmation numbers will be emailed out on Friday, April 10.

The Experian conference rate is $179 plus an $18 resort fee and applicable taxes per night. The rate is valid three nights before and three nights after the conference and is subject to availability. If you plan to arrive at the hotel prior to the conference or plan to extend your stay, please indicate these dates on your registration form.

Changes to arrival and departure dates can be made online until Tuesday,March 31.  To change your arrival or departure dates, go to the Registration page, click Modify Registration, and enter in your email address and reference number, which can be found on your registration confirmation email. 

Changes after Tuesday, March 31 can only be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.  For a requested change after Tuesday, March 31, please email SalesSummit@experian.com.

If you are unable to arrive on the date originally provided, please contact SalesSummit@experian.com to notify us of the change and to avoid any "no-show" room charges billed to your credit card.

Internet Fees 

Wireless Internet service in your guestroom is included in the Experian room rate. 

Business Center  

The hotel's business center is open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Fitness Center  

The hotel's fitness center is open 24 hours daily.

Ground Transportation 

The Gaylord Opryland Resort is located approximately 8.3 miles, or 15 minutes, from Nashville International Airport (BNA). Taxis and shuttles, as well as all major rental cars are available at the airport. Individuals are responsible for their own arrival and departure transportation. 

Parking  

There is a $21 self-parking fee.  Valet parking is available for $28 daily. (Prices are subject to change)
