Q: How can agents get involved? 

A: Agents may view and book all available site visits through this website.

Q: How can venues get involved and what can they expect in terms of agent visits?

A: Venues are encouraged to offer as many site visits as they can, these can be increased depending on uptake. Offering a unique experience to agents will encourage greater interest and a higher turnout. Agents will visit on an individual basis (or in groups, if from the same agency) and venues can expect visits throughout the weekend, rather than one large group FAM.

Q: How many site visits can agents book?

A: Agents can book as many visits as they wish. There are options up and down the country, so agents can choose to stay local or visit further afield.

Q: How many prize donations are venues expected to make per site visit?

A: Venues are to donate one prize donation per agent visit.

Q: Do I have to give a prize if my site visit option is not accepted by an agent?

A: While it is not compulsory to give your prize, as the auction is for charity it would be greatly appreciated if venues would offer their donations.

Q: What is the minimum prize value for each auction lot?

A: Prizes are expected to be valued at, and raise at least £100.
