*Important Information: A nominal non-refundable processing fee ($25 CAD) is
required at the time of registration and membership must be valid
throughout the event date(s). Corporate buyer members who cancel their
registration less than 14 days prior to the conference or who are no
shows will be charged a $150 CAD cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are required to meet the final food and beverage commitments at the
