1. Where and when will this event be held?

The Data Center Efficiency Executive Summit will take place on Tuesday, May 25 and Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at the NetApp Executive Briefing Center in Sunnyvale, California.

2. What time will the event start and how long will it run?

The Data Center Efficiency Executive Summit is a two-day event with an offsite reception and dinner on the first day. Click here to view agenda.

3. I submitted my request for hotel and ground transportation, what happens now?

Our travel team will be contacting you to confirm your hotel and ground transportation per your request.
If you have not heard back from the travel team within 24 hours, please contact them at: travel@immersamarketing.com

4. Will transportation be provided?

Yes, we will provide round-trip ground transportation between the airport, the Marriott Santa Clara, and the NetApp Executive Briefing Center.

You will have the opportunity to request your ground transportation during the registration process. A travel representative will contact you to confirm your details prior to your arrival.

Shuttle Transportation from Marriot to NetApp

Shuttle service will be provided during the following times:

Tuesday, May 25

7:45 - 8:30 a.m. Shuttle service from the Marriott to NetApp

5:00 - 5:30 p.m. Shuttle service from NetApp to the Marriott

Wednesday, May 26
7:45 - 8:30 a.m. Shuttle service from the Marriott to NetApp
5:00 – 5:30 p.m. Shuttle service from NetApp to the Marriott at the conclusion of the event

5. What do I do if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

You will receive a full itinerary once your hotel and transportation arrangements have been confirmed.

6. What if I live locally, and don’t need a hotel or transportation?

Please just indicate “No” for hotel and transportation on the registration form. If you will be driving to the Data Center Efficiency Executive Summit, parking is available at the NetApp Executive Briefing Center. You can find driving directions here.
