Set-up Hours
Thursday, April 9: 10:00AM - 9:00PM*(note: vendor check-in closes at 7:00pm)
*For security reasons, once onsite, we will no longer allow exhibitors to request badges for students/friends to help with booth set-up. All badges need to be requested in advance and must have a name on them. All short term temporary set-up helpers must check in at the registration desk, have a full name on their badge and stay with the exhibitors booth at all times or they will be immediately expelled from the venue. Temporary set-up helpers must return their badge upon booth completion and prior to leaving the facility.
Tear Down Hours
Sunday, April 12: 5:00PM - 8:00PM
Parking
All exhibitors can take advantage of free parking at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. However, we ask that you park behind the building to allow customers ample parking close to the entrances.
The B/C lot directly in front of the entrance should be reserved solely for attendees.

Pennsylvania Sales Tax Rate: 6%Exhibitor Badges
Each exhibitor will receive 3 badges per 10'x10' booth. Name badges must be picked up prior to setting up your booth and must be worn at all times throughout the event.
