The ACCOMPANYING PERSON Fee Includes:

  • Opening ceremony on September 21st
  • Social dinner on September 22nd

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing  to MCA Events SRL (registration@iccn2016.eu)
  • Full refund will be refunded for cancellations received before June 15th 2016, less Euro 50,00 handling fee;
  • 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before August 1st 2016;
  • After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation;

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.

Advance payment must be made in euros and by credit card (preferred) or by bank transfer. Online credit card payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard ( American Express and Diners are not accepted).

Confirmation, Invoice and Certificate of Attendance
  • Registration will be confirmed automatically per e-mail upon receipt of the completed registration form;
  • Delegates will receive their invoice by email once the payment is received;
  • The certificate of attendance can be available to download after the congress;

The ICCN 2016 does not cover individuals against cancelations of flights, hotels, or theft of their belongings.In the event that the Conference is cancelled by the organizers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Conference Organizer shall be limited to that refund, and the Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising. The Conference Organizer will hold and process your personal details in its database. Such information is required for the legitimate management of the ICCN 2016, which may include the information being available to any organizing/sponsoring company. The Conference Organizer may also use your personal details to provide you with information about other conferences or events being organized. Please advise us to any changes in your personal details, or if you would like them to be removed from our database in the future.
