REGISTRATION
All participants must submit a completed registration form. At the registration desk they can be requested to show a proof of payment.
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their badges throughout the Conference area in order to be admitted to the scientific sessions and to all the activities of the Conference.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
All visitors entering Italy must be in possession of a valid passport. For European Community citizens an Identity Card is sufficient. Participants should check the Italian Embassy or Consulate in their country regarding visa and health certificate requirements. To require a visa letter please register yourself and fill the aquire gaps.
OFFICIAL LETTER OF INVITATION
Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries are available, plaese contact the organizing Secreariat (registration@iccn2016.eu) for a custom letter.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Business lunches and coffee/tea during breaks (as indicated in the programme) are included in the registration fee.
