Parking is $8 in the underground parking lot attached to the Convention Center.
You MUST get your parking ticket validated by the Bead Fest Admission Booth to recieve this rate.

Tax & License Information

New Mexico Sales Tax Rate: 8.1875%

Every vendor MUST include their CRS number to apply for Bead Fest Santa Fe. If you have previously vended in New Mexico you will already have a CRS number. All Exhibitors should call and activate their number, call 505-827-0951.

Your CRS number must be in compliance to be able to vend in Santa Fe. Check your status here.

In addition to the CRS number, all exhibitors must fill out the Santa Fe Temporary Special Events License application below. You need to fax or email it to Jessica.Boesch@fwcommunity.com or fax# 610-232-5754. NOTE: Do not send this application back to the City of Santa Fe. You do not need to pay for the license, as the fee has already been included on your booth contract.

Exhibitor Badges

Each exhibitor will receive 3 badges per 8'x10' booth. Name badges must be picked up prior to setting up your booth and must be worn at all times throughout the event. Please email name to Jessica.Boesch@fwcommunity.com.
