SEVEN REASONS TO BE POSITIVE ON THE AUSTRALIAN ECONOMY
At the end of the day, the health of Corporate Travel revolves around the state of the local, regional & global Economies. They are more interconnected than they have ever been & it's easy to be negative about current economic developments, but there are actually some very good reasons to be positive about prospects. Due to impressive feedback, Craig James returns to ACTE to highlight some of the key virtues of the Australian economy, assess the outlook for both the domestic & global economies & also provide views on shares, property, interest rates & currencies. PRESENTER: Steve Gurney

End the Conference on a high and with something more than Corporate Travel. I know, you’re saying to yourself “Andrew, there isn’t anything better than discussing Corporate Travel at an ACTE Conference”. And you are right ….. but we continue the tradition of experiencing the stories of some remarkable people from our region & continuing to learn from others …. this time from people outside our Corporate Travel Community. We have had the effervescent Yeoh Siew Hoon (Founder of WIT), AOM Anna Meares fresh from London Olympic Gold, 7 time World Surfing Champion Layne Beachley & World Ironman Champion Guy Leech all provide incredible well-known & little-known stories of achievement and the mind-set required to overcome adversity.
