A nominal
non-refundable processing fee of $15 USD is required at the time of
registration and membership must be valid throughout the conference date(s).
Corporate buyer members who cancel their registration less than 14 days prior to
the conference or who are no shows will be charged a $150 USD cancellation fee.
Fees will be charged to the credit card on record for the registration or
invoiced to the registrant if the credit card is not valid. Cancellation fees
are assessed to meet the final commitments for food & beverage at the
