Sophia has more than 16 years of experience launching new products and services while building high performing teams from the ground up. Sophia is Director of Program Management at Twitch, and proud to be part of the Twitch team that is changing the world in which people consume, interact with and create live video. Sophia is building a program management team and function that fuels Twitch’s hyper growth with high quality product delivery. Sophia started her career as a software developer, then ventured into various technical and operational roles, and found her thirst in orchestrating orderly chaos in start-ups with hyper growth in the past 9 years. Sophia is passionate about promoting women in tech, and helping early career women navigate different technical paths. She spoke at Grace Hopper, Girl Geek Dinner, Glassbreakers, and Voice Conference by Global Tech Women. Sophia holds dual degrees in BS in Computer Science and BA in Statistics from University of California, Davis.
