I am a technical operations veteran of nearly twenty years. My first 'ops' role was in 1997, I worked for WebChat Broadcasting System (WBS) as a 'ghost' in child chat rooms to protect young users from cyber villains. My addiction to Tech Ops has taken me through exciting roles at Exodus Communications, Yahoo, and Salesforce. My core skill set is focused on Network Operations. I've presented twice at the Grace Hopper Student Opportunity Lab. I am eager to offer support and advice to women working in the field of technology.
