Natalia Avalos is a People Partner at Box, an enterprise content collaboration company based in Redwood City, CA. She is a strategic HR partner for Engineering leadership as well as supports 200 engineers. Natalia graduated from Cornell University in 2008 with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional through HRCI. Prior to Box, Natalia worked at a broad spectrum of companies including Nestle, Pepsi and Dictionary.com, supporting employees across various industries and levels in their career.
