Abby Bangser has been working as a Quality Analyst with ThoughtWorks since 2012 with key interests in bridging the gap between the different development roles and growing the QA community. Abigail's focus on the technical craft of testing has been shaped by a number of projects across desktop, web, and mobile technologies and equally diverse team sizes and dynamics. In addition to hands on testing work, Abigail has a passion for continuing education and has collaborated on the development and presentation of curriculum for external clients and internal new hires. In 2014 Abigail joined a mentorship program (Speak Easy) for new and diverse conference speakers. Working with a mentor helped lead to a variety of domestic and international opportunities and has recently graduated to become a mentor herself. Before coming to ThoughtWorks Abby worked in real estate investments and continues to stay active in youth lacrosse coaching.
