Amanda Merriweather has worked in University Recruiting for 5 years, running programs at both large, global enterprise companies and at startups. Through her work, she’s spoken to thousands of students on the topics of inclusion and diversity, often in the context of students making career decisions. She has found that inclusion and diversity can be an awkward topic to bring up, but one that is important to empower students to speak about and to challenge. Amanda holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.
