Cela Smith is the Director of HRIS & Analytics at NetSuite Inc. She believes you can have as many careers as you have passions; her current passion is in the design and execution of HR systems and insightful analytics that enable leaders to direct the evolution of their organization. In her time at NetSuite, Cela has worked in engineering, services, tech writing, and analytics. She’s been lucky to enjoy prior work experiences at a variety of organizations including NASA and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Cela holds a B.S. in Astrophysics from UCLA, and an M.S. in Applied Science - Engineering from UC Davis.
