Sarah Graham Bolin is a Director at Google, currently leading a global, cross-functional Data & Tools team of fifty people. During her nine years at Google, she has grown from a front-line Sales Engineer working directly with Fortune 500 companies into a business owner leading an organization to deliver systems and reporting for thousands of users. Prior to Google, Sarah worked as a Software Engineer and Software Development Manager in fields including distributed systems, manufacturing automation, and medical software. Through her own successes and struggles as a technical woman, Sarah has developed a personal passion for retaining and developing women in tech. She currently serves as an executive co-sponsor of the Mountain View chapter of Women@Google and regularly mentors women (and men!) in Google and beyond. Sarah received her BS degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Southern Methodist University and her MS degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
