Bailey Harris is an Associate in Fish & Richardson’s Houston office and was previously a Summer Associate at the firm. Bailey’s practice focuses on patent litigation in a wide variety of technology areas including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, geographic information services, software, and equipment for oil and gas drilling and exploration. Her litigation experience includes numerous appeals before the Federal Circuit. Bailey also has significant experience with multi-defendant litigation and large joint defense groups. Before joining the firm, Ms. Harris was an Intern for the Honorable Justice Dale Wainwright of the Supreme Court of Texas. Before entering law school, Ms. Harris worked as an Advanced LSAT instructor for Kaplan, Inc., and an Engineering Intern for Goodrich Corp., where she focused on materials analysis and process efficiency for creating extreme heat resistant components for military aircraft.
