Sara Anne Hook is Professor of Informatics at the Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing, where she has developed a suite of online courses in the emerging field of legal informatics as well as courses on entrepreneurship, computer and information ethics and competitive intelligence. She is also Adjunct Professor in the Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indiana University, where she taught courses in intellectual property law and professional responsibility. Professor Hook was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1994 and to the Supreme Court of the United States in 2012. Her research interests include intellectual property law, the emerging field of legal informatics, electronic discovery, legal technology, professional ethics and issues related to privacy and security. She is currently project leader and co-champion for a microfinance/women's empowerment project in Sierra Leone.
