I am a Senior Information Developer (Knowledge Management) at SAP Labs India. Prior to this, as an Information Engineer at NetApp India for 4+ years, I have developed end-to-end product documentation. Now at SAP Labs India, I have ventured into new and innovative ways of providing user-assistance. Apart from development documents for cloud products, I engage in production of multi-channel media, ensuring the delivery of multi-device doc sets for end-users.
