- Locate the booth space you’d like to reserve*.
*Currently available booths are shown without a color assignment on the floorplan below. - Double-click the booth to begin the Exhibit Booth Reservation process (automatic redirect).
- On the initial page, confirm that the booth number you selected matches the number displayed next to "Booth selection".
- Once your reservation is complete, refresh the floorplan page - and voilà, your company is officially on the map!

10’x10’ and 10’x20’ booths receive standard pipe and drape. WMCCAI will provide basic carpet throughout the entire exhibit hall at no cost to exhibitors, padding not included. See Exhibiting Company Terms & Conditions for more information.
Exhibitor Personnel & Invited Guest Ticket Allotment
Your booth comes with a defined number of complimentary exhibitor personnel and invited guest passes, aligned to the size and type of your booth selection. These allocations are included with your booth investment, no additional purchase required unless you choose to add more badges.
- 10x10 Standard & Corner booths: 4 personnel + 4 invited guests
- 10x20 Premium/Corner & Premium/Endcap booths: 8 personnel + 8 invited guests
- 20x20 Premium/Island booths: 12 personnel + 12 invited guests
All exhibitor personnel and invited guests must be registered through the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC). Starting in December, the primary booth contact will receive a direct email with a secure link to the ERC link.
Booth Types & Pricing
Booth Types: Standard booths are linear spaces positioned between neighboring booths on both the left and right sides. Premium booths include corner and endcap configurations—corner booths have two open sides, while endcap booths have three open sides. Both of these premium booth types have at least one neighboring booth.
Membership Eligibility for Exhibitors: Exhibitors or exhibiting companies are considered members if they hold a current, active subscription with CAI National, the WMCCAI Chapter, or any other CAI chapter. During the booth purchase process, individuals will be asked to provide their CAI member number and membership type (e.g., CAI National, WMCCAI, or another chapter). This information will be collected and verified on a good faith basis, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the information submitted is accurate. Booth Rates: All credit card transactions will incur a 4% non-refundable processing fee, which will be added to the total payment amount at the time of purchase. All pricing listed below excludes the 4% credit card processing fee.
