Welcome to the 51st Annual Conference on Explosives and Blasting Technique Exhibitor Booth Application!

As part of the new booth process, you will be selecting from a live floorplan. Please be aware that other companies may be online selecting their spaces at the same time.

This means the floorplan map is updated in real time. Yellow squares indicate currently available spaces. If you are unable to complete the selection process, it means another company is ahead of you for that space.

Please review your selected space to ensure it is what you want. Changing to a new location may not be possible if another company has already taken it.

Please note: ISEE staff will not reserve or hold any booths.

Exhibitor Booth Selection

In selecting a booth below, you agree to the following:

  1. Booth assignments initiated by the exhibitor will be considered accepted once payment has been received. No booths will be held without payment or payment confirmation for more than 48 hours.
  2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after December 31, 2024. A fifty percent booth fee will be assessed for cancellations made before December 31, 2024.
  3. By purchasing a booth, you agree to abide by all ISEE Exhibitor Rules and Regulations as outlined in the 2025 Harrah’s Cherokee Revised Exhibitor Agreement.

Exhibit space will not be held without full payment.

***NEW THIS YEAR: Exhibitor passes include access to the Thursday-Saturday technical paper sessions and the Saturday poster session.  Exhibitor passes do NOT include entrance to Blasters Training. To access the sessions, the exhibitor must purchase the session or sessions, and the pass must specifically indicate "Blasters Training. ***

Standard 10’ x 10’ Booth Rental Rates Include:

  • 3 complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ space.
  • 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape.
  • (1) ID Sign
  • One six-foot skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Other furniture can be rented through our exhibit hall design company.
  • Company listing in conference digital program, mobile app and Journal of Explosive Engineering.
  • Conference attendee list.
  • $300 per additional badge before November 30, 2024 (Maximum Additional 1).
  • $500 per additional badge after December 1, 2024, if booth has not already reached the 3-badge maximum. 

Standard 20’ x 20’ Booth Rental Rates Include:

  • 6 complimentary exhibitor badges per 20’ x 20” space.
  • (1) ID Sign
  • One six-foot skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Other furniture can be rented through our exhibit hall design company.
  • Company listing in conference digital program, mobile app and Journal of Explosive Engineering.
  • Conference attendee list.
  • $300 per additional badge before November 30, 2024 (Maximum Additional 1).
  • $500 per additional badge after December 1, 2024, if booth has not already reached the 7-badge maximum.
