Welcome to the 50th Annual Conference on Explosives and Blasting Technique Exhibitor Booth Application!

As part of the new booth process, you are selecting from a “LIVE” floorplan. Other companies may be online selecting their space at the same time.

This means the floorplan map is being updated in real time. Yellow squares are currently available. If you are unable to complete the selection process, it means that another company is ahead of you for that space.

Please review your selected space to make sure it is what you want. Changing to a new location may not be available if another company has taken that location.

Exhibitor Booth Selection

In selecting a booth below, you agree to the following:

  1. It is not always possible to assign exhibitors’ preferred booth locations; however, best efforts will be made by ISEE to assign booths in the requested area.
  2. Booth assignment made by ISEE will be considered accepted once payment has been received.  No booths will be held without payment
  3. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. No refunds for cancellations received after Dec. 31, 2023. Fifty percent of booth fee will be assessed for cancellations made before Dec. 31, 2023.
  4. By purchasing a booth, it is agreed that all ISEE Exhibitor Rules and Regulations will be abided on the 2024 Savannah Revised Exhibitor Agreement.

Standard 10’ x 10’ Booth Rental Rates Include:

  • 3 complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ space.
  • 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape.
  • 7” x 44” sign with company name and booth number.
  • One six-foot skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Other furniture can be rented through our exhibit hall design company.
  • Company listing in conference program, mobile app and Journal of Explosive Engineering.
  • Conference attendee list.
  • $300 per additional badge before November 30, 2023 (Maximum Additional 1).
  • $500 per additional badge after December 1, 2023, if booth has not already reached the 3-badge maximum. 20’ x 20’
