TXAEYC values the relationships we have with our Partners, Sponsors, and Exhibitors. Your support and involvement with our organization helps extend our impact and serve the Texas early childhood community. We look forward to seeing you on September 15-17, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency- San Antonio Riverwalk for our 2022 Annual Conference.

To reserve your exhibit space and begin the registration process, please make a table selection in the Rio Grande Ballroom, Rio Grande Foyer, or Regency Foyer on the floor plan below. You may use the controls at the right to Zoom or move your view.

For additional information on color coding for TXAEYC's 2022 Exhibit Hall, as well as a description of the location options for this year's Exhibit Hall, please see below.

Exhibit Hall Key:

  • All Exhibit Tables in the Rio Grande Ballroom, Rio Grande Foyer, and Regency Foyer include a 6-foot table and two chairs.
    • Rio Grande Ballroom: Dedicated space for Exhibit Tables on the Ballroom Level of the Conference hotel.
    • Rio Grande Foyer: Exhibit Tables located just outside the entrance to the Rio Grande Ballroom. This location is near the top of the escalator that attendees may use to access the Ballroom Level from the main hotel entrance.
    • Regency Foyer: This option for Exhibit Tables is adjacent to the Regency Ballroom, which will be used for Conference Keynotes and additional breakout sessions.
  • Light Blue Tables are available for Exhibitors to reserve. You will be asked to select if you are a for-profit vendor or non-profit organization after you make your selection. Non-profit organizations may also include state agencies, colleges and universities.
  • Orange Tables have already been reserved by another organization.
