Welcome to the Together We Care 2020 Speaker Application Site

To start your submission:

- Browser: for best results, we strongly recommend using Chrome or Firefox when submitting your abstract. Do not use Internet Explorer unless you have to;

Login (top left corner of this page). NEW USERS: click on 'New User? Click Here' to create an account; 

- Go to Submissions (top left corner of this page), and click on 'Your Submissions + Add New’;

- Fill out ALL of the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk*), and upload the supporting documents (i.e. PDF, video [up to 50MB], word doc, jpeg - max.of 3), if applicable;

- ClickSave and Continue Later’ before you exit your submission - at the bottom right corner of the screen it will say'Incomplete';

- ClickSave & Submitonly when you have completed your submission - at the bottom right corner of the screen it will say 'Complete';

- You will receive an automated email confirming your submission. There will be an edit submission link in that email should you need to make edits.

To check your submission status (complete/ incomplete) and make edits:

- Login, open your submission, and make the necessary updates;

- ClickSave & Submit when finished;

- Submission status will show under 'Submission Completeness'.

NOTE: if you had previously saved & submitted your submission, you will still be able to make changes to your submission until deadline. 

Key Dates:

  • Call for speakers applications open: Tuesday, September 3, 2019
  • Call for speakers applications close: Friday, October 18, 2019 @ 4:00 pm ET
  • Applicants notified of decision the week of: Monday, November 18, 2019 (date subject to change)
  • Speakers to be confirmed by: Friday, November 29, 2019 
  • Together We Care registration opens: Monday, December 9, 2019
  • Speakers to register by: Friday, February 14, 2020 (early-bird deadline)
  • Together We Care Convention and Trade Show: March 30-April 1, 2020
