Call for Abstracts Site

Abstracts are now closed.

We have been overwhelmed with the tremendous response to the 2024 Call for Abstracts.

All submissions will be contacted by May 14 and must confirm their attendance by May 31.

The full program with all abstracts will be released in early June 2024.

We thank everyone for submitting for ICCVM 2024!

To start your submission:

- Browser: for best results, we strongly recommend using Chrome or Firefox when submitting your abstract. Internet Explorer is not recommended, unless you have to;

- Login (click on "Login" in blue menu bar of this page). NEW USERS: click on 'New User?' to create an account; Forgot your password? Click on 'Forgot Password';

- Go to Submissions (top left corner of this page), and click on ‘Your Submissions + Add New’;

- Fill out ALL of the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk*);

- Click ‘Next’ to move to the next page;

- Click ‘Save and Continue Later’ before you exit your submission;

- Click ‘Save & Submit’ only when you have completed your submission.

You will receive an automated email confirming your submission.

To check your submission status (complete/incomplete) and to edit:

- Login (top left corner of this page) and:

1) To edit your submission: open your submission (click on the edit icon on the top-right corner of your submission), and make the necessary updates; Click ‘Save & Submit’ when finished;

2) To check submission status - check under 'Submission Completeness': will show 'Complete' or 'Incomplete'.

NOTE: If you had previously saved & submitted your submission, you will still be able to make changes to your submission until deadline.

Key Dates (subject to change):

Abstract submission open: Monday, November 6, 2023
Deadline to submit: Wednesday, April 3, 2024, midnight EST (extended to April 15, midnight EST)
Acceptance/decline notices sent by: Tuesday, May 14, 2024
Speakers to confirm availability to present by: Friday, May 31, 2024
Speakers to register by early bird deadline: Friday, June 28, 2024
