The 19th Asia-Pacific Prostate Cancer Conference 2018 
Abstract Submission Portal

The Program Committee invites abstract submissions from all facets of prostate cancer care delivery for admission into the program for 2018. 

Authors are requested to review the instructions on the abstract submission portal before preparing and submitting an abstract.

Moderated poster presentations and poster only submissions will be offered in the Clinical Urology, Translational Science and Nursing & Allied Health streams. Authors who select the Poster Only submission category will not be required to prepare an oral presentation during the Conference. 

Abstracts accepted for Moderated Poster presentations will be offered the opportunity to present their poster in stream moderated poster sessions throughout the Conference.

All accepted abstracts will be required to prepare an A0 poster in a portrait orientation that will be on display in the exhibition area for the duration of the Conference (Thursday 23 August to Saturday 25 August 2018).

The Program Committee will only communicate via email with the nominated contact for the abstract submission; therefore it is imperative that the details given in the address for correspondence section are accurate. It is expected that the contact person will communicate the outcome of the abstract submission with all authors.

It is a requirement that the nominated presenter of all successful abstract submissions is registered to attend the Conference prior to the close of the Early Bird Registration rate.

Abstracts must be submitted by 4 May 2018, presented in English and be a piece of original work. Encore or previously presented abstracts will not be accepted. Text should be entered in upper and lower case. Please do not type abstract titles or text all in capital letters. There is a maximum of 250 words for the abstract. Please ensure that your abstract submission complies with the Word Document APCC 2018 Abstract Template prior to submission.

The abstract should include objectives, methods, results and conclusions. Conclusions of the form - “Results will be discussed” - are not acceptable. Only standard abbreviations may be used.

Accepted abstracts will again be published in the British Journal of Urology International. Abstracts submitted for presentation will be published exactly as submitted. All submissions should be checked for accuracy and misspelling prior to submission.

Please do not send multiple submissions of the same abstract. To enable you to edit and access your abstract before the submission deadline, please note your username and password.
