Attention thought leaders, innovators, and industry experts! It’s time to take the spotlight on the accreditation industry’s most influential platform. The A2LA Annual Conference is your chance to showcase your industry expertise at one of the largest multidisciplinary accreditation conferences in the world. We strive to include a diverse range of topics, perspectives, and voices, so please share with us what you’re most passionate about. In addition, please share this opportunity with anyone you think may have valuable information to share with their peers.

A standard session is 40 minutes long. However, longer sessions can be requested and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. A session could be a traditional presentation, panel, or workshop.

Once you're ready to start the submission process, you must first create a login. Head to the Login page and click New User to begin the process.

 Submission Review & Selection Process

The conference dates are April 6, 7, 8, and 9. Please be sure you are available to present on these days before submitting your proposal. In addition, your submission should demonstrate your ability to speak dynamically and your dedication to quality, compliance, and technical competency.

Following the deadline for submissions, an A2LA-appointed committee will review each proposal and make a final determination based on the criteria below.

  • The presentation offers unique takes on the latest trends in accreditation, A2LA programs, and preferred topics.
  • The information offers proven, specific, and measurable business results.
  • The speaker has an expert perspective on the industry/topic.
  • The content is useful and practical.
  • The proposal shows engagement and enthusiasm about the topic.
  • The session must be educational in nature. Sales pitches or distributing marketing materials during presentations is strictly prohibited. All presentations must avoid commercialism, promotion, and advertising.
