Welcome to the submission site for the call for Resident Advocacy Projects at the CPS Annual Conference 2026. Prior to submitting, please ensure that you have carefully and thoroughly read the relevant instructions and submission guidelines below.

Submission Instructions 

 
Your profile:
To be able to submit a Resident Advocacy project, you must create your profile by accessing the "Login" tab on the navigation bar and choose "New User? Click Here" option. If your profile has already been created, then enter your email and password.
 
Submit an abstract:
To submit an abstract after logging in, please go to the "Submissions" tab. You can return at any time to complete or edit your submission by logging back in before the close of the submission deadline. Both ‘draft’ and ‘completed’ abstracts will appear under the heading 'Your submissions' on the ‘Submissions’ page.
 
Deadline: January 31, 2026
 
Note: Submissions undergo a blind review by an Advocacy Abstract Evaluation Committee comprised of experts with wide ranging interests in general and subspecialty paediatrics. Submissions are judged on quality of content, quality of project design, education value, written presentation, and conformance to guidelines.  Acceptance notifications will be sent by March 2026.
