Submission Instructions

Once you have created an account, the following screens will walk you through submitting all of the necessary information.

Please save your work often by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking "Save".

Note: Once you have submitted your session as 'Complete', the system does not allow you to make changes. 


Confirmation of Receipt

After clicking Save and Submit, you will see a confirmation of your submission. You will also receive an email confirmation.
