  • Step 2: Click 'New User' in blue text under the email field. If you applied in past years, you will still need to login as a new user. After initial setup, login with your email address and password you created.
  • Step 3: Create profile. If selected to speak, this data will be used to populate your speaker profile and will be publicly shared on our website and app. Please fill out the form in full exactly how you want information displayed. Any required fields must be populated.

Now that your profile has been created, please proceed to the next step. 

  • Step 4: Click 'Submissions' on upper left blue tool bar to begin the process and submit your abstract. After submitting, you will receive an email titled 'Your submission has been created' from MISHRM Speaker Committee . Please check junk and spam folders and allow up to 30 minutes for the email to be received. You MUST submit in order to be considered. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

NOTE: You will be able to edit your profile and submission up until the deadline of March 10th. You can work on your submission, save it and complete it later. The entire process to complete the abstract submission takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Please note that a maximum of three submissions are allowed per presenter.
