Welcome to the This is Long Term Care 2022 Session Application Site



Before starting your submission, we strongly recommend that you read the abstract submission guidelines available HERE.




To start your submission:

- Browser: for best results, we strongly recommend using Chrome or Firefox when submitting your abstract. Do not use Internet Explorer unless you have to.
- To ensure you receive all the communications pertaining to your submission(s) in your inbox, please whitelist the email lori@bayleygroup.com. 

- Login:

  New users: Click here to create an account.
  Current users: Click here and enter your email and password.

- Under 'Your Submissions' click on 'add new' to create your submission.

- Fill out ALL of the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk*), and upload supporting documents (i.e. PDF, word doc, jpeg - max. 3), if applicable;

- Click 'Save and Continue Later' before you exit your submission - at the bottom right corner of the screen it will say 'Incomplete';

- Click 'Save & Submit' only when you have completed your submission - at the bottom right corner of the screen it will say 'Complete';

- You will receive an automated email confirming your submission. Check your spam/junk email if you don't receive it in your inbox.


To check your submission status (complete/incomplete) and make edits:

- Login, open your submission, and make the necessary updates;

- Click 'Save & Submit' when finished;

- Submission status will show under 'Submission Completeness'.


NOTE: if you had previously saved & submitted your submission, you will still be able to make changes to your submission until the deadline.


Forgot your password? At the top of this page, go to Login and click on 'Forgot Password'.


Key Dates:

  • Call for Content close date extended to Wednesday, August 15, 2022 at 5:00pm ET.
  • Applicants will be notified of the decision between August 22 - August 29, 2022 (date subject to change). 
  • Applicants will have five days (5) from the date they are notified of their acceptance to accept their invitation to be part of the 2022 program.
  • Conference registration opens Monday, August 15, 2022.
  • All selected presenters must be registered by Thursday, September 15, 2022.
  • This is Long Term Care 2022 virtual conference will take place Monday, October 24 - Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
