Hey all you thought leaders, innovators, and industry experts, we want you to be on one of the accreditation industry’s most influential platforms!

We're hollerin' at the entire industry to ensure we have full representation and a diversity of voices on the A2LA Annual Conference stage. This is your chance to showcase your industry expertise at one of the largest multidisciplinary accreditation conferences in the world. Please share this information with any of your connections who may be a good fit to present.

Once you're done reading all this pertinent information, you must Create a Login to submit your proposal.

 Submission Review & Selection Process

Speaking dates are April 16, 17, 18, and 19. Please do not submit if you are unable to present during this time frame. An A2LA-appointed committee will review all speaker submissions and make a final determination using the criteria below.  Proposals will be segmented into two types - Stand Alone session or  Technical Advisory session (TAC)*

The best submissions demonstrate the speaker is a dynamic presenter who is dedicated to quality, compliance, and technical competency in the various industries that A2LA serves. Visit https://www.a2la.org/accreditation for details on those areas.

  • Concise objectives with actionable takeaways for attendees.
  • A unique take on the latest trends in accreditation and covered A2LA programs and preferred topics that will inspire and educate.
  • An industry expert voice and point of view.
  • Usefulness and practicality of the topic to the audience.
  • Proposal shows engagement, enthusiasm, and a fresh way to deliver the topic.
  • Determine best fit for a stand alone 50-minute session or a Technical Advisory session (TAC). TAC session presentation durations will vary and a session may include multiple presenters.
  • All submitters will be notified by November 30th.

*TAC sessions are open to all attendees for discussion about certain fields or program areas when advice from existing standards development organizations and industry committees  would benefit from elaboration. Each TAC provides advice on the development of program requirements and the application of particular clauses of the international conformity assessment standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, etc.) for particular fields and/or programs to ensure transparency to the conformity assessment bodies (i.e., the organizations that A2LA accredits) and to assure a consistent assessment approach. These include: Construction Materials, Electromagnetic, Forensic Examination, Inspection Body, Life Sciences, Materials Testing, Measurement, Medical Testing, Product Certification, Proficiency Testing Provider, Reference Materials Producer.
