Merit Scholarship Application Instructions
Before you begin your submission, you must either log in or create a new profile.
To create a profile, click the “Login” tab in the menu bar above.
Please note that after 30 minutes of inactivity, you will be automatically logged out of the system and the information you entered will be lost.
To begin your application, click "Applications" in the menu bar; then click “add new.” Important: You have to create a new application for 2022 Connect even if you have a submission for 2018, 2019, 2020 or 2021 Connect. You will have the option to SAVE & RETURN (you can return and edit your submission) at any point during the process. When the application is finished then you can SAVE & SUBMIT. The scholarship application will be submitted when the "Save & Submit" button is clicked, at which point you will NOT be able to edit your application.
A. Early Decision Scholarship Application Deadline: November 1, 2021.
B. Following are the application items The Group Foundation for Advancing Mental Health Scholarship Committee must be in receipt of before being considered for a scholarship:
C. Please do not submit your application until all required items have been uploaded. Applications missing any required documents will not be considered.
D. After we confirm receiving all required materials, you will be invited to submit your meeting registration.
