Dear CXAs,

In partnership with our dealer partners, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming 2nd CX Advocate Summit, which will be held in San Antonio, Texas from March 18th - 21st, 2024.  Since the inauguration of the Customer Experience Advocate (CXA) initiative in June 2020, both DTNA and our dedicated dealers have persistently strived to provide the ultimate customer experience within the trucking industry. We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude to the remarkable 239 CXAs who have been identified across our extensive dealer network.
 
During the Summit, participants will have the chance to connect with fellow CXAs and gain insights into the most recent updates, tools, and optimal methods for delivering a top-notch experience to our shared customers. Additionally, the CXA will have the opportunity to network with the Elite Support Continuous Improvement Coordinators (CIC). 
 
This year, we are thrilled to share the exciting news that the CXAs will be joining the CICs at the awards ceremony, during which three prestigious awards will be presented to our outstanding CXAs. These awards will recognize excellence in the categories of Peer to Peer, Customer-Based, and CIC/CXA Collaboration.
