The Full CARS 2026 Registration Fee Includes:

Access to all open meetings, workshops, and events (02-06 February).
In-person attendees:
- Two coffee breaks daily & lunch (02-06 February).
- Icebreaker Reception – 02 February.
- Welcome & Poster Receptions – 03 & 04 February.
- Conference Dinner (05 February) ticket sold separately for $70.

Note: The Day Ticket provides access to all sessions on the selected day, including coffee breaks, lunch, and receptions (if applicable). Only one day ticket per attendee.

Registration Policies

Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration. The University of Colorado Boulder does not accept purchase orders and cannot bill for registration fees. Retain all receipts for your records.

Modifying Registration
If you need to make any changes to your registration, you can do so by clicking the "Modifying Registration" button at the bottom of this page. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to register as well as the Reference Number that can be found on your Registration Confirmation Email.

Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds MUST be requested by January 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM MDT. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds requested for general registration will be assessed a $75 processing fee. Students and retirees will receive a full refund.

As per the laws of the State of Colorado and the policies of the University of Colorado Boulder, all registrants should hereby be aware that a portion of the registration fee for the BBQ will be used to purchase alcoholic beverages.
