Program 

You are invited to learn more about the unique challenges families of children and adolescents with cancer face during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Dorothy Loren will discuss helpful techniques to manage the accumulated stressors of parenting in the context of cancer and a pandemic, and review communication techniques to enhance supportive relationships. Dr. Joanna Patten will also provide insight on supporting the child and adolescent with cancer and moderate the question & answer portion of the program. Participants will also learn about the resources available in their community and those provided by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
