The Undergraduate Research Conference (URC) recognizes outstanding scholarly work produced by UC San Diego undergraduates and encourages additional interaction between students and faculty at the research level. Our hope is that the research and conference experience will encourage more undergraduates to pursue doctoral degrees and careers in research and college teaching.
The 36th annual URC will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2023, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Ida & Cecil Green Faculty Club. The conference schedule, presentation lineup, conference program, and other updates are available on the URC website.
The registration for all URC attendees has closed. Attendees who would like to hear select presentations may attend without registering. Upon arrival at the conference, non-registered attendees will be asked to check in and provide their name, email address, PID (UCSD students only), and affiliation with the conference (guest, family of presenter, research group member, etc....).
