Headlines, blogs, research, news channels...Everyone is talking about, and maybe hyping, the AI disruption engine. The real estate industry is in the chatter crosshairs regarding how much AI will disrupt our industry. Leveraging Berkeley's Bay Area position at the nexus of AI innovation, our half-day symposium will attempt to address the impact of AI on the Commercial Real Estate industry and identify the key trends and opportunities that AI presents. We will also present and assess several AI use cases seeking to change the trajectory of commercial real estate.
