The Advanced Techniques in Robotic and Exoscopic-assisted Cochlear Implantation: A Hands-on Surgical Dissection Course is designed for Neurotology fellows and Pediatric Otolaryngology fellows who will become the next generation of cochlear implant surgeons. This tuition-free, one-day course provides hands-on dissection instruction for cochlear implant (CI) surgery under the guidance of Mass Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School faculty and guest lecturers. Special highlights for this year include a focus on robotic-assisted electrode-array insertion technology and exoscopic-assisted CI surgical techniques.
