Welcome to the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) training presented by Arizona State University (ASU), National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), Slipstream, and Converge Strategies.

This training program is for Department of Defense affiliates interested in microgrids or energy systems!

From individuals who are unfamiliar with microgrids and power systems to advanced users who hold a deep understanding, but face unique situations with microgrids or energy systems - our program has something for everyone!

The content in this program covers a series of topics in microgrids and power systems.  Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels of training are available, and cover everything from fundamental microgrid and power system knowledge; to designing, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining microgrids and other energy systems; to advanced topics on system construction, commissioning, resilience, and other microgrid and power system complexities.

Courses do not need to be taken sequentially. Based on each participant's current skills and knowledge, students can select the training that best fits their level of understanding of microgrid and power system topics.
